Want the full Wendy’s menu with prices and pictures in one place? Every item card above and in the sections below carries a typical US price and a photo. There is no more $1 board, but the 4 for $4 and Biggie Bag meal deals are the closest thing to today’s dollar menu or value menu.
Breakfast gives way to the lunch menu and the time it starts in most US stores. If you are checking macros, our calorie and nutrition menu and gluten-free menu guide cover every item we track.
Most US restaurants open early for breakfast and stay open late for the drive-thru. Exact times are set by each franchise, so treat the table below as a typical pattern, not a guarantee for your store.

| Drive-thru | Same as dine-in | Can run later at some stores |

Prefer a takeout Wendy’s menu with prices you can save or print? Wendy’s publishes an official Core Menu PDF with the full Wendy’s menu, pictures, and prices for burgers, chicken, salads, sides, and Frosty desserts, so you can review the new menu with prices before you order.
Looking for Wendy’s nutrition info in the same format? Wendy’s also lists a nutrition PDF alongside the core menu with calories and allergen details for every item, which pairs well with our own nutrition guide. Menu items, combos, and prices change by location and season, so treat the PDF and the Wendy’s menu 2026 prices on this page as estimates and confirm the total in the app or at your store.
Download Wendy’s Core Menu PDFWendy’s does not run a certified gluten-free kitchen, but several items are commonly ordered gluten-free, including the chili, plain baked potato, most salads without croutons or taco shell strips, and the Frosty. Fries are cooked in a shared fryer with breaded chicken, so cross-contact is possible even when an ingredient list looks clean.
On the US menu, Wendy’s labels the FDA’s major allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybean, and sesame. For the full, current ingredient-level chart, use Wendy’s official Nutrition & Food Allergens page, or save the Core Menu PDF for item-by-item prices alongside it. Our own gluten-free menu guide and allergen guide break the picks down by category.
Always tell the crew about a medically required diet. Shared equipment means Wendy’s cannot guarantee any item is 100% gluten-free.
You can order Wendy’s online in a few ways, depending on whether you want pickup, delivery, or rewards:
Prices and available items differ by platform and by store, so confirm your total before checkout. See our coupons and promo code deals for current app offers.
Wendy’s has marketed fresh, never-frozen beef in its hamburgers at US and Canadian restaurants since it opened, using a square patty that is cooked to order rather than pre-formed to match a round bun. Breakfast and some limited-time items can still use frozen proteins.
Produce such as lettuce and tomatoes is sourced for in-restaurant prep, salads use packaged, pre-washed greens, and the Frosty is a soft-serve dairy dessert rather than ice cream. Chili is made using the same beef as the hamburger line, which is why it is one of the more commonly gluten-free-friendly items on the board.
Exact sourcing and suppliers can change by region and over time. For ingredient statements on a specific item, use Wendy’s official nutrition and allergen chart linked above rather than this summary.
Wendy’s operates roughly 5,900 to 6,000 restaurants across the United States, most of them run by independent franchisees rather than the company itself. Florida, Texas, and Ohio consistently report the largest store counts.
| State | Approx. locations |
|---|---|
| Florida | ~512 |
| Texas | ~465 |
| Ohio | ~402 |
| Georgia | ~297 |
| California | ~296 |
| North Carolina | ~265 |
| Michigan | ~212 |
| Illinois | ~175 |
Wendy’s has also announced plans to close several hundred underperforming US locations through 2026, so exact counts shift through the year. Use the official Wendy’s restaurant locator for a current store near you.
When does breakfast end?
Usually 10:30 a.m., then the lunch menu takes over.
Is Wendy’s open on holidays?
It depends on the store. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter each have their own pattern.
Does Wendy’s take Apple Pay?
Yes at most US restaurants and in the app.
Can I pay with EBT or SNAP?
Usually no. A few stores are exceptions. It is not a national yes.

Start with our allergen guide, then Wendy’s official chart if you need a medical-level list.
Can I order for a party?
Nugget packs are the usual route. Call ahead for large orders.
Is there a military or senior discount?
Each franchise decides. There is no printed national coupon.
Is there a secret menu?
Not a printed one. Crews sometimes make extra builds if the ingredients are already on the line.

Wendy’s restaurants are mostly franchised, so the owner of your store sets the board price. The same Dave’s Single can cost a dollar more two exits down the highway.
The numbers here come from published US menu listings, not from your local register. Plan the order with them, then confirm the total in the app with your store selected.
Wendy's was founded in 1969 by Dave Thomas in Columbus, Ohio, and named after his daughter Melinda Lou, nicknamed “Wendy.” The chain is now headquartered in Dublin, Ohio (founded Columbus, Ohio) and operated by The Wendy's Company.
From the start, Wendy’s built its menu around a square, never-frozen beef patty, fresh toppings, and the Frosty dessert, positioning itself against round-patty competitors. The Baconator, the 4 for $4 value bundle, and the Biggie Bag later became the chain’s best-known deals.
