Wendy's Breakfast Hours: What Time Breakfast Starts and Stops (2026 Guide) September 2026
Breakfast at most US Wendy’s restaurants runs about 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. local time. That is a typical window, not a promise for every franchise. Some stores skip breakfast entirely, and delivery (where it exists) often starts later than the lobby.
In the photo: Wendy’s Breakfast Hours. Plating varies by restaurant.
If you roll in at 10:20, order breakfast first. A few minutes later the board usually flips to burgers and nuggets. There is no all-day biscuit. Check the cutoff if you only need the yes-or-no version.
The morning spread is biscuits, the Breakfast Baconator, croissants, burritos, seasoned potatoes, and coffee. This list is the full typical US board with prices and calories so you can decide before you leave the house.
After the switch you are on the lunch menu. If you wanted potatoes and got fries instead, the store already flipped. Hours still vary by restaurant, so the hours write-up is worth a look when you are not sure about lobby versus drive-thru.
Most US restaurants that serve breakfast start around 6:30 a.m. and stop around 10:30 a.m. local time. The exact minute belongs to the store. If your app already shows Dave’s and nuggets, breakfast is over at that address today.
Two restaurants on the same road can disagree. One still has biscuits while the other has flipped to lunch. Select the store in the app before you leave the house, because that board is the list that matches your bag.
School mornings go smoother with pickup. A Breakfast Baconator ticket and a lunch burger ticket in the same minute is how the window stalls. If you were about to pay a delivery fee for a biscuit, read pickup versus delivery first. Delivery menus often drop breakfast earlier than the lobby does.
Holidays are their own problem. Thanksgiving and Christmas are the days most likely to be closed or on a short drive-thru. Easter is mixed. The holiday notes explain the pattern. A phone call still beats a screenshot from last year.
Prices and calories on this page are typical US figures for the standard build. Franchise owners set their own menu prices, so your store can be a dollar off in either direction. When the board and this page disagree, the board wins.
Allergen questions need more than a yes or no. Open the allergen guide for the exact item you plan to eat, then read Wendy’s official chart if the diet is medically required. Shared fryers and shared spoons mix foods even when an ingredient list looks clean.
Ordering is faster when you keep it short. Say the sandwich or the box size, then one change, then sauces and a drink. If you built the ticket in the app, say you have a mobile order and give the name on the bag.
Wendy-Menus is an independent guide. We do not take orders, issue Rewards points, or refund a missing sandwich. The Wendy’s Company and its franchisees run the restaurants.

What is actually on breakfast
Sandwiches use freshly cracked grade A eggs on most builds. The sausage and egg burrito is the usual exception. That is a kitchen detail, not a slogan.
If you want the item-by-item calories, open the breakfast board rather than guessing from a photo.
What the crew is doing at the cutoff
Around 10:30 a.m. they put away egg pans and pull lunch protein. That is why a polite “can you still do a biscuit?” often gets a no, even if you see one biscuit in the warmer. It is already assigned, or it is stale.
There is no national workaround for egg after the switch. Order a lunch sandwich or a baked potato and move the car. Potatoes are the bun-free lunch option still on most US boards.
If you needed the full morning spread rather than the clock, open this list. Typical US prices and calories sit next to biscuits, croissants, burritos, and coffee so you can decide before you leave.
Lobby, drive-thru, and why they disagree
A store can lock the dining room and keep the speaker on. The reverse happens too. Everyday hours cover that split. Holidays make it worse, which is why we keep a separate holiday page.
Do not plan a meeting around restaurant Wi-Fi either. Guest Wi-Fi is a dining-room extra when it exists, not a national amenity.
A 30-second check before you pull in
Pick your restaurant in the app, then look at three things: whether breakfast is still on, whether Offers has a deal for that store, and whether the item you drove over for still has a tile.
If anyone in the car has a food allergy, say it at the speaker and still treat every fryer as shared. Cooking oils explains why that matters more than the ingredient list.
Wrong food in the bag goes to that restaurant first, then to official guest care with your order number. We cannot remake a Baconator from a laptop.
