What Sodas Does Wendy's Have?
Wendy's pours Coca-Cola fountain drinks. The standard US lineup is Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar (Coke Zero), Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper, Barq's Root Beer, and Fanta Orange, plus Minute Maid Light Lemonade and Hi-C Flashin' Fruit Punch.
Some restaurants use a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, which adds flavored versions of the same brands. The exact list depends on the dispenser your store runs.
Wendy's Fountain Drinks, Beverages and Prices
Wendy's drink options fall into five groups: fountain sodas, lemonades, iced tea, coffee and cold brew, and kids' drinks like milk and Honest Kids juice. Fountain drinks come in small, medium, and large cups, and a combo includes a fountain drink by default.
Price follows cup size and your franchise, so check the app for your store. Want something colder and sweeter? Frosty treats sit on their own menu; see Frosty sizes for Jr through large.
Wendy's Iced Tea: Sweet and Unsweetened
Wendy's brews two iced teas. Sweetened Iced Tea, the Wendy's sweet tea, lists about 190 calories and 47 g of sugar. Brewed Unsweetened Iced Tea lists about 10 calories, so it is the lighter pick if you sweeten it yourself.
Which Wendy's Drinks Have Caffeine?
Coffee, cold brew, iced tea, and the colas carry the caffeine on the Wendy's drinks menu. Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Dr Pepper, and Diet Dr Pepper all contain caffeine, and Wendy's ingredient statement lists caffeine in Barq's Root Beer too.
Wendy's Sparkling Energy drinks are the strongest option. Wendy's says each one contains 80 to 120 mg of caffeine. Sprite, Fanta Orange, the lemonades, and Hi-C are the usual caffeine-free picks. Among the creamier drinks, the cold brew with cream options are the ones that carry coffee caffeine.
Price, calories, and timing
The numbers first, so you can decide before you reach the speaker.
- Usually served: Most of the day (after breakfast at many stores).
- There is no national price. Open the Wendy’s app with your restaurant selected.
- Listed calories are for a typical US build. Your bag can land a little higher or lower.
What to order with it
A named combo bundles fries and a drink. Pick sides on their own when you want to keep the calories or the total down.
- Natural-cut fries or chili
- A small Frosty or fountain drink
- Upgrade to a combo only if you want the bundled drink/fries
Allergens, fryers, and cross-contact
A clean ingredient list is not the whole story, because most stores fry several foods in the same oil. Here is what this item usually contains.
- Milk or dairy shows up often: cheese, mayo, a Frosty, or cream.
How to order it at the speaker
Most kitchens will hold mayo, add bacon, or put chili on fries when the ingredient is already on the line. Expect a small upcharge, and skip invented secret-menu names.
- Say the item name first, then the change (“no mayo,” “extra pickle”).
- Delivery menus can be shorter and cost more than the dining room.
- Before about 10:30 a.m., many lunch sandwiches are not on the board yet.
