Does Wendy's Have Ice Cream Cones?
Wendy’s does not sell a national ice cream cone program the way a Dairy Queen does. The Frosty is a cup. You can ask for a lid and a spoon.

If you wanted a frozen dessert, this list is what to expect. Milkshake wording is the same family of questions.
Pup cups are a different rumor. Dogs are not a printed national item.
Order a Frosty by flavor and size. Asking for a milkshake, a cone, or a sundae sends the crew hunting for a format Wendy’s does not sell nationally. Chocolate and vanilla cups are the everyday pair, and swirls only exist when that store’s board shows them.
A Frosty is a frozen dairy dessert. It is thicker than a shake and not labeled as ice cream under the usual standard. Eat it with a spoon if it is fresh, or use a straw once it softens. The flavor list gives you the names to order by.
Frosty-cream cold brew is a coffee drink. A cup Frosty is not. If you wanted caffeine, say cold brew. If you wanted dessert at 9 p.m., say chocolate Frosty. Mixing a Frosty into cold brew is a polite request, not a printed SKU. Unofficial builds cover that habit.
There is no national pup cup. Chocolate Frosty is still chocolate. That is a bad idea for many dogs. Kids’ meals do not automatically include a Frosty either. Kids’ food is a small burger or nuggs, a side, and a drink.
Prices and calories on this page are typical US figures for the standard build. Franchise owners set their own menu prices, so your store can be a dollar off in either direction. When the board and this page disagree, the board wins.
Allergen questions need more than a yes or no. Open the allergen guide for the exact item you plan to eat, then read Wendy’s official chart if the diet is medically required. Shared fryers and shared spoons mix foods even when an ingredient list looks clean.
Ordering is faster when you keep it short. Say the sandwich or the box size, then one change, then sauces and a drink. If you built the ticket in the app, say you have a mobile order and give the name on the bag.

When a Frosty is a bad add-on
Ask whether the Frosty machine is working before you build the rest of the order around dessert.
A Frosty can sometimes replace the small drink on a Biggie Bag or Bundle at participating restaurants, not on Biggie Bites. How deals work before you argue about a swap.
Dairy is the allergen to check. Frosty gluten notes if wheat was the other worry. Use official charts for a medically required diet.
A 30-second check before you pull in
Pick your restaurant in the app, then look at three things: whether breakfast is still on, whether Offers has a deal for that store, and whether the item you drove over for still has a tile.
If anyone in the car has a food allergy, say it at the speaker and still treat every fryer as shared. Cooking oils explains why that matters more than the ingredient list.
Wrong food in the bag goes to that restaurant first, then to official guest care with your order number. We cannot remake a Baconator from a laptop.
